Lost boosted XP and boosts from a revive death loop crash

I was just on a game in battlefield 6 where I activated my XP boost rewards, 2 15m boosts each of career, hardware and battle pass.  Was crushing it (for me, I am mid tbh, this why I need boosts) and a bug occurred and I lost all the XP and the boosts due to the game crashing, it sent me here for support.  I tried opening a ticket, got escalated, got escalated again requesting me to report it here for the advanced team to investigate my account and see if it's eligible for a refund of the XP boosts or a restoral of the lost XP. I am down for either way.  If you give me steps happy to pull and share crash logs, grant access, etc whatever helps.  Normally I just brush little bugs like this off, but I did pay for those boosts so I'd like to be able to use them.  I was playing contaminated warfare with the gas I think it was conquest, escalation or breakthrough, and I got stuck in a weird death loop, medic couldn't rez me and when timer expired I got the rez sound of a defib hitting me and then it got stuck in a loop and sent me the code to get support and open the ticket here.
