Loud out Bug

I am currently not able to equip or change any attachments on any of my weapons that I currently own. Including attachments that are unlocked or new after multiple games. Iv tried restarting my game multiple times including my ps5 pro console, and nothing has worked. I twill not allow me to change them in game or in the lobby at any point. The most it will do is create the sound of it but it doesn’t equip it or goes back to what I already had on the weapon before! Please help. Or fix.
