M250 belt spoon visual bug

When firing the M250 after spawn or tactical reloaded (non-empty with the animation opening the lid) the spoon (metal thing at the start of the belt used to assist loading the belt through the gun) that is attached to belt is ejected as soon as you start shooting.

However when firing after an emergency reload (gun shot completely empty and reloaded without opening the lid) the spoon will remain attached to the gun even as the rest of the belt is disintigrated as it is ejects.

I assume this is an unintended oversight
