I noticed that while I spawn I can reload just fine while ADS with the mag flare attatchment on any weapon, after mounting and then leaving the mount stance the ability is not working anymore until the next time I spawn in.
(after leaving weapon mount and try to reload while ADS the reload will happen normally but it kicks you out of ADS even with the mag flare attatchment equipped).

Having the exact same behavior. Here is a video detailing the problem.
1. Reloading while standing - mag flare works as expected.
2. Reloading while mounted - mag flare works as expected.
3. Reloading while standing (after having mounted) - mag flare doesn't work
4. Reloading while mounted - mag flare works again
5. Leaving firing range (or match) resets the issue.

I've tested this on 2 weapons, 1. DRS-IAR and 2. M277.
I tested this on a lot of configurations (and with no other attatchments equipped) and nothing changed.
I have seen this happen on both Conquest and the Firing Range. I haven't played any other modes to check unfortunately.
The video uploaded by JeDesto pretty much is what I experienced.
Edit: Forgot to mention I verified my game installation files through Steam.
Second this. Tested on M433 in the Firing Range, the Mag Flare attachment stops working once you mount the weapon.
