Main Battle Tank Mastery 4 not unlock new weapons

Im currently Mastery 8 in Main Battle Tank (PAX ARMATA).

But the bullet that need Mastery 4 are not unlocked yet.

I didnt not understand why.

Obs.: when I will post that I close the game and open again, and works. So... is still a bug because is not refresh when the game is opened.
