Manhattan Bridge graphical issue

On the Manhattan bridge map (tested multiple times on breakthrough) there is an issue that causes blurry/grainy graphics after you die/respawn. Graphics can be reset to normal by toggling between different DLSS settings (F.x. Quality to Balanced, then back to Quality). Bug reappears after every death/respawn. Only present on this map, at least with my system. RTX 5070ti. 

This happens every game, so this map is unplayable in its current state.
