Map Cursor Disappears during Respawn

Map cursor disappears during game respawn. If my entire squad dies while I am on the map screen waiting to respawn into the game, the mouse cursor disappears and doesn't reappear even if a squad member respawns. I have to manually use WASD to select an objective/ squad member to spawn.

- Spawning also inconsistent; sometimes I click a squad member, press space to spawn and it pings the cursor to the nearest point (A,B,C). The squad member is a alive still but it auto selects an objective point.
