Map Fallout Glitch/Bug

There has been several cases, where physics colliding with props of map or other entities --> The player/vehicle is pushed out of bounds. 

A case happened to me on Mirak Valley, near the construction side (jpg attatched) when I backed away from a tank into a cement ring and it started "wobbling" the vehicle and was at the end pushed out of bounds. 
There is a video of the area of bug also. 

(I did redeploy and was trying to figure if this bug also causes enemies ability to shoot from the bugged area onto others)
