Matchmaking does not work unless

When I try to connect to any multiplayer game, I’m presented with the battlefield logo and then instantly sent back to the lobby and cannot connect to any games. However, this issue solely happens when I’m using my LAN cable. I seem to have found a workaround by connecting to my phone hotspot and that will then let me into games. Now I have resolved my own issue, I get that but this should not be a problem. There is no way a £70 game does not let me into any of my matchmaking experiences if I’m using my wired connection. no other game does this. no other game requires me to connect to my phones hotspot to play a game. It is crazy.

heard this happens on PC too and they have to use a VPN but this isnt an option on ps5
