Mini Scout Bug

I noticed that ever sense i started using the new mini scout sniper rifle, occasionally when i respawn my hipfire POV will have a vignette around it that looks like a scope on the edges of my FOV, it goes away randomly and then will come back. i am not sure if this is a issue with other snipers or other guns all together but i know it happens with the mini scout, just from my own experience it seems to be when you die while aiming down sights with the mini scout and die, you will respawn with a scope-like ring around the edge of your FOV, not sure if other people are having this issue, i also have vignette turned off in the graphics settings.
