MINI SCOUT

I have unlocked the high iron mini scout, and the "unstoppable force mini scout, currently levelled to 13, yet I cannot customise either version, lots of attachments unlocked, but all weapon slots are locked ... Bugged, or am I missing something ?

    im having the same issue i cant attach anything to the mini scout
