Missing Battlepass Points

Really pushing to complete the battlepass this morning and I've noticed that Operation Augur gives at least 11 points with battlepass token on, so been hammering that. This morning however since the patch, whenever I've gotten to the second map it bugs out and leaves the attackers with infinite tickets (states 0 but never changes). My team actually managed to get through this stage attacking, then the tickets worked again, and we actually managed to win. However when we got to the final screen the game froze on the win screen but rewarded complete match bonuses whatsoever, so I had to leave the game and got 0 rewards for a 1 and a half hour match. I tried again, got to the 2nd map, and the same bug happened again. I am literally 6 points away from completing it and won't be able to do it now, and with that final tier I will be able to purchase the next battle pass, but now I'm going to have to spend £5 to finish when I shouldn't have to or £5 to get the next battlepass. Can I get the final tier please?
