Bought a pack with coins that I had just purchased right before purchasing the pack. My coins were took and the the orange animation page that lets you know that you have aquired said item came up. But I have not received the skins that came in the pack. It was a soldier pack with 4 soldier skins, plus other skins, cost was 1800 bfc.

I did all that already. I don't think my account has been hacked as I have received other things after, just not that pack.
