Since the game hasn’t officially launched worldwide yet, I’d suggest waiting until around 4 PM BST today to see if it becomes available after that time.

If it still doesn’t show up, please let us know here. You may also need to restart the game a few times afterwards to reauthenticate with the servers, and/or play a multiplayer match in any mode to prompt the servers to check for rewards.

I completed the open beta challenges and I. the game messages it says “You’ve received open beta challenge rewards” but I don’t have a single one. Can this be resolved please.
