When I inserted my disc for Battlefield 6 Ps5 and applied the Phantom Edition code and the tombstone pack for pre-order the 20 tier skips did not apply but other skins did apply. Do I have to press or redeem it anywhere else inside the game?
Also my Beta bonuses which I have completed do not sync and show i have started from Level 1 and have no one locks from the beta.

Hello so I unlock all the beta rewards for battlefield 6 and I’ve loaded the full game this morning and all the beta rewards are locked? My ea account is linked to my Xbox account etc.
tried ea help and the support person kept telling me the rewards were only for the beta (which isn’t true at all).
Cool that you can play it allready. For PC it's not even released yet.

Playstation works but i have the same problem... the rewards of the beta and the battlefield 2042 are not showing :/
I have the same issue and my fully completed Road to Battlefield 6 rewards are showing as locked too.

As I said in the title i've completed all challenges in the beta and reach the max level in the free pass but in the full game is locked and cant be equipped same for the playstation skin

Since the game hasn’t officially launched worldwide yet, I’d suggest waiting until around 4 PM BST today to see if it becomes available after that time.
If it still doesn’t show up, please let us know here. You may also need to restart the game a few times afterwards to reauthenticate with the servers, and/or play a multiplayer match in any mode to prompt the servers to check for rewards.

Ok thanks, can u help me with my other problem? I participated in the "Bf6 Destruction Receipts" community challenge and finished in the top 100. The official Battlefield X account contacted me via DM a little over a week ago asking for my EA ID. However, I only saw their message today and have just recently provided it. Am I still in time to receive the promised reward? If any manager requires it, I can provide the data to prove that my claims are true.

I purchase both BF6 and 2042 on Steam. And I have completed my lated battle pass on 2042. But when I launch BF6 today, no rewards shown. And the in game name for BF6 is my Steam name not my EA App name. I can't see any friends in BF6 either. Not sure what I should do to gain those rewards.
The EA App I have has been connected to my Steam account for like 4 years already. But I can't see any sign that these two platform are connected. The BF6 I purchased on Steam is not shown in EA App either. While 2042 I purchased on Steam can be shown in EA App.
I use the intel gamer bundle bf6 key on ea desktop, but I don't get pre-order tombstone pack ?
So the key does not as same as pre-order ???

I completed the dreaded free pass on 2042 and I preordered phantom edition on steam, and I do have my account linked on EA app /website but I do not see my skins or rewards. Is anyone else having this issue?

Why are they posting solved and giving people the run around when nothing has changed. Just tell us the ETA so we can decide is we need to go to Steam that has worked all day....

SOLVED: I literally just rebooted the game and it worked. Will say the menus are so confusing at first and I hope they change it up a bit. But check each faction for the skins. you click customize when you select each character then you'll see skins for that character. hope that makes sense.
If you still don't see it be 100% sure you have steam linked to the same EA account you used to get the rewards.
I bought the standard version of bf6 and purchased the phantom package thru the PS store and I can’t access my it. Anybody can help or assist
I still don't have Phantom Edition bonuses, they didn't appear even after playing some multiplayer matches. Please can you fix that.
