Missing text in lobby

I have a strange bug where all the text on the lobby screen just disappears, I can't select a game mode

I tried repairing the game files via steam and also deleting and reinstalling

Has anyone heard of this bug or know how to fix it? I can't play the game, I just keep guessing what to click, it's pretty annoying.
