More Server-side hits than Client-side?

Since the last update, my hits are not registering at all. I either get kills I have no business getting or unload an entire clip into an enemy and they take 2 hits, I die instantly.

Watching the Damage Log, something really odd is happening. Typically, when I see stuff like this, I have more client-side hits than server-side. Now it is the exact opposite. On almost every engagement, I will have more server-side hits than client-side, which really doesn't seem possible or right.

Here are two recent matches with the DRS LMG and CZ3 SMG. 50% of my hits not registering at the client with the CZ3 (top pic), and 25% with the DRS. 

I am on PC, have a 25 ping, normally between 100-120 fps, no packet loss.

Any ideas?
