Mortar stays deployed and fireable when out-of-bounds; not showing on minimap

So long as you are using or stay “in” the mortar gadget, when the out-of-bounds/deployment  area changes (Breakthrough etc) you can still fire the mortar. Thereby avoiding any effective counter, other than another mortar strike.

*furthermore, mortar crews do not show up on the mini-map, even when spotted
