Mouse buttons inconsistently stop working

It feels like occasionally the LMB/RMB get missed or stuck while in gameplay.  In the clip below I'm attempting to ADS prior to firing in all cases. You can see this at ~7-8sec and at ~ 20sec, where I move around the corner and fire without doing so. There are also other occasions where I fire and release LMB and the gun keeps firing (I'm not using the SIG P320 at the time). It's unclear if it's related to my mouse escaping the game window as it's happened in fullscreen and borderless with and without my second monitor connected. 

This isue hasn't been present in BF4 

Monitors: ASUS 2703, ASUS 2705 (primary), Using little Big Mouse

Mouse: Razer Naga Pro

    Seems to happen on cairo more/exclusively? had the game minimise randomly as well on this map

    After further investigation it appears that a potential cause is the mouse moving outside of the game window as I found in a later match, again on fullscreen
