Mouse cursor stuck on screen after dying while in menu

It was the start of a game and I was messing with weapon attachments before spawning in when I was suddenly downed and pulled out of the menu. The mouse cursor was still on screen and when I respawned I couldn't look around or move but I could press y to edit my loadout again. Had to alt+f4.
