Mouse input always goes up

Sometimes when i hit enter to type something and then either die or get revived, my mouse then looks straight up in the air. I am unable to do anything with my mouse, my crosshair is pointed directly in the sky. Its like something got stuck and pretends I'm always moving my mouse up. Same thing for menu items... switching through classes or customizing weapon or even pausing the game, its like an analog stick is being pushed up at all times. It only resets when I close out the game completely. 

It is very frustrating especially if its a close game. I am COMPLETELY useless when this happens.. Its happened to me at least 10 times
