Holy smokes I had this issue and I just bought the game. Had no issues in the beta. Ended up turning off Raw Input for the mouse and it fixed it for me. Before my mouse would not shoot when i wanted it to, or it would keep shooting like it was drunk. same with aiming. Turn off raw input!!!
