MR MISSLE on BRADLEY tank

I just played a game where there was an enemy bradley using the MR missle as secondary, he was ONE shotting all tanks from inside of his spawn, i literally left my spawn and got locked by him, 10 seconds later with no "incoming" warning i get oneshot by him, he ended the round with i think 41 kills, he did not leave spawn

this is a problem, he cant be targeted by anything because the cover from HIS SPAWN is better. PLEASE address the Bradley tank, this is not the tank anyone but the one guy on the team abusing it wants
