Multiple games when at spawn vehicle blows up

Multiple games between conquest and breakthrough you spawn in and one of the two you should have instantly blows up. This is when the game first starts, one one has done anything yet but one tank or helicopter blows up. No one shot it, nothing happened, it just blew up. Why is this a bug?
