My mini-map has disappeared. I have no hit markers, nothing over players' heads.

My mini-map has disappeared. I have no hit markers, and can't even see if a person is a teammate. There's nothing over anyone's head. Under these circumstances it's basically impossible to play the game . I uninstalled the game and reinstalled it but the problem is still there.
