My xp is not working correctly
Their a xp boost event going on today and I'm not even get the regular xp I'm suppose to get without the boost. I'm make #1 on scoreboard with 22k points and at the end of the match it only gave me ...

I got this issue on saturday evening. After contacting ea support through https://help.ea.com/en/ and asking for a refund it was magically fixed a few min later... (warning: searching for the chat function on this trash UI will be a problem of it self, gl fellow gamer)

hi bear, I used the chat function and chatted with one of the ea support employees. It might be coincedentally that it worked like 20min after that. He didnt specify that they could fix it or anything but reading from ppl having this problem for days.. I only had it for 3h.. so i figured i share my experience since you guys cant get any :P p.s. basically described my problem, they told theyre working on it, then asked for a refund and whished a nice day. thats all
