USMC pack I bought last season nowhere to be found. no title charm or anything. hoping to get it back ??

However, as we cannot provide missing items on this forum, it'd be best to also contact EA Help. Selecting the "Contact Us" button at the end of this guide should let you open a case or have a live chat.

Funny enough EA email support sent me originally to this forum thread. 

I'm also missing content.  I tried opening a ticket with EA Help but I'm stuck in a loop where they tell me to open chat, which then has me open a ticket, which doesn't get answered

DO NOT CONTACT customer service through "contact us" they will just direct you to the forums and tell you to try turning it off and on again. ZERO support from customer service chat.
