I think it's like the 5th time i get a free gift in the "DM's\Mail" in game but when i click to claim it nothing happens. There is no free gift in the menu like it used to be. If you can't give us free gifts please stop sending these messages.
The Free Gift option seems to be there in the menu still. I took this screenshot last night right after a message about the free gift came through.
For those of you who don't see the menu option, are you entering the store directly through the message or tabbing over to the Store in the in-game menu?

Yeap found it, but they definitely changed something, because as you said it should take you straight to the free gift and also you would see Free Gift on the store UI.
I didn't bother to scroll down and search for it, always thought it was a bug...

I don't know if they changed something but it used to take you straight to the free gift but now you kinda have to look for it. To day I had to "scroll" a bit to the right to find the free gift. Maybe you need to do something similar?
Yeap same here. I get the notification all the time saying that I got a free gift few hours ago, but when I check the store there is nothing there.
