No Gun - Gun Disappears while playing

When the game starts everything is OK... then after a little while of playing, after i spawn for some reason my gun is missing.

Sometimes it is

• only the main gun (LMG)
• or just the secondary (pistol)
• or just the gadget (eg: smoke grenade launcher)
• or sometime is everything that goes missing
  
  Sometimes your hands are visible (with no weapon showing) other times you have no arms.
  
  This was an issue in Season 1, which obviously hasn't been fixed with the new patch.
