No hit reg tank

As you can clearly see i hit the tail rotor of that heli but nothing happens, AP shell. Even without an explosive charge, a hit on a tail rotor should at least knock the heli out of the sky even if its a ricochet...

Happens also with rpg and any other launcher when hitting a heli. Dont happen alot but 1 time is 1 time to many.

Please look into it and fix please.
