No mastery progress since 2 days ago. optics randomly become thermal

what is going on with this game ? it’s almost entirely broken. All of a sudden none of my weapons are leveling up at all, so no unlocks, the few optics I have randomly become thermal optics, so like an EOTECH holographic sight is now a thermal optic.
