Nvidia Frame Gen/DLSS missing if controller connected via Steam Input at startup

If Battlefield 6 is started while a controller is connected and Steam Input is enabled, the Nvidia specific graphics options may be disabled and disappear from the settings menu. Most often, the Nvidia Frame Generation setting will not be present, and instead the AMD FSR Frame Generation setting is in it's place. Sometimes however, the DLSS upscaling option will also be disabled/missing at the same time.

If I disable Steam Input, I do not experience this issue with my controller connected at startup. I have only been able to test with a Dualsense controller, which fortunately is supported natively by BF6.

If a user requires Steam Input to be enabled, they can instead connect the controller after BF6 has loaded to the main menu to avoid this issue.

Steam Stable Client Version: 1759461205
Windows 11 24H2
GPU: 5070Ti
