nvidia frame generation

NVidia frame generation is off in settings but is still functioning causing latency in game which makes playing the game not much fun at all.

this wasn't the case before last update, I've not played much since Thursday 13th so had not noticed until Monday 17th.

this may have been addressed or even talked about before but any fixes would be appreciated
