One sided heli spawn

I have noticed that on some maps, Sobek City, and Operation Firestorm, Manhattan Bridge, one team has either no helis or just transport, making it unreasonably unbalanced and extremely one-sided. Currently just played a game on Sobek city, Pax Armata got both helicopters, absolutely dominated the entire game 1 minute since the start, and even though Operation Firestorm is a bit more balanced purely due to the fact that there is a lot more choices for vehicles and makes it less impactful to be down one attack helicopter. Just to clarify YOU CAN SEE THE HELIS IN THE SPAWN MENU, BUT THEY WILL NEVER SPAWN.

    Please fix this and jets not having A2A missiles, this is completely ruining the game for me. I just play non conquest modes until this is fixed.

    The jets are already crazy op against helicopters. No need for additional A2A missiles in my opinion. 

     

    But the issue with the helicopter spwans must be solved quickly. I'm a heli guy and sooo disappointed because of this. Rest of the game is awesome
