Packet loss issues still not fixed

Hi

I want to say I have seen this thread and the premise that it only concerns PCs with near minimum HW requirements is not true, for me at least.

At the beginning the game was working fine then after some update it started showing these symptoms. Sometimes the icons aren't there until you are being shot at.

I tried the user.cfg solution some people shared online and it improved the situation quite a bit. But I should not need to be doing that if the game was working fine.

But remember it is NOT a hardware thing.

The game was working, after UPDATE it started acting up.

Please put more effort into ensuring the game is playable before doing all of the other upselling stuff.

    HW Specs:
    Processor I7-12700H
    NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070 Ti Laptop GPU
    32 GB DDR5 
    Running Win11.

    I have the settings set pretty low.

    The overlay shows spikes in CPU usage.

    I will try to record a video but basically the game runs normally then becomes super slow and the packet loss icon shows at random times. This was not an issue before that first update the game got. And at that time my settings were set to high visual quality.

    Okay a notebook. My bet is on the CPU not boosting high enough and strugling to keep 60fps after the update. 

    But might a something different like Routing change. We will see. 

    Would be good for you to record the problem so we can really rule out the it is not a hardware problem.  

    Please record with netgraph on, we need all the numbers we can get.
