The "Devil Dog" title, Anchor and ship's wheel icon, and Marine corps charm have been deleted from the game. The charm only exists on weapons I put them on before the launch of the season. The Duty Bound skin is still here, but everything else seems to be gone.

Same with my USMC Birthday bundle, I bought back in November. After today's update, the items are no longer listed.
So I load up Battlefield, and my Marine Corp. DlC gear purchase no longer exists. My Marine Corp charm, title, emblem, everything is gone. WTH EA??

It's probably best to speak with EA Help about this, as there just isn't very much we can do with missing items like this here. If you use the "Contact Us" button at the end of the guide below, you should be able to open a case or have a live chat.

It might be that these items have been temporarily deactivated or something, but EA Help should be able to check that along with your account.

Hi,After the update, items are missing from my inventory.
There was this package for the 250th anniversary of the Marines, and I had equipped the Dog Tag as well. Now I've noticed that not only has the Dog Tag disappeared from my profile, but all my other gear is gone from this package.
Its called the dead angle offer and i think i bought IT ingame, around the 11 th of November 2025.
It's just a bug? I paid for it.
Is anyone else experiencing similar problems right now?
I want to confirm that on my account this issue showed up as well. Title and icons are gone.
im also aware of at least two other people with the same issue.
I also started a thread; it's gone for me too, so at least we're not alone. I noticed it because I had equipped the Marins Dog Tag and it was gone.
