The "Devil Dog" title, Anchor and ship's wheel icon, and Marine corps charm have been deleted from the game. The charm only exists on weapons I put them on before the launch of the season. The Duty Bound skin is still here, but everything else seems to be gone.

Yup my wallet and my playtime with any ea game is locked up until this is resolved. For having to deal with this I want to be reimbursed as well a billion dollar company can’t keep it together is wild

My thanksgiving bundle is missing. I paid money for it what is going on.
I bought the Thanksgiving day pack that had the birds holding guns back ground with the bird spread open patch and the corn husk holding a grenade logo for the top corner. It also came with a rifle with custom look and a name "Pilgram" and a look for the character as PAX recon. The only parts that still work are the GUN/PILGRAM/and Skin. The patch, background card, and logo are missing.

Same issue here, even went as far as attempting to have Support assist and seemingly got the runaround and no solid Answers. As a USMC vet myself I was proud to have the items and now well, I doubt I will ever purchase anything more than "basic" games with risk of losing what is purchased. This is absurd it would be removed w/out notice.
I noticed my title changed then noticed the whole pack I paid for is gone, I either want the stuff I paid for back, or my money back. This is ridiculous.

Same here. Conveniently there does not appear to be a purchase history when using BFC's. After spending over 45 minutes with EA "support" they told me to contact XBOX. That is BS as XBOX only tracks the purchase of the BFCs not what you spend them on which is done in game.
