PAX Support character model loses features when loaded into game

let me start by saying that i by no means think this is a pressing issue, just something i noticed and figured i should report after not seeing it anywhere

for me at least, the female PAX support loses her orange hair and eyelashes upon loading into game, as well as (most of) her black eyebrows, like she shaved her entire head while loading in, which i mean i get to a degree, but it feels maybe unintentional given how different the character model looks in the loadout screen vs. once you're in the pre-game lobby. alternatively, the NATO female support retains her features, including her makeup. if this is a bug, it happens every single time.

again, doesn't impact me or the game at all, i'm just sharing what i noticed. adding screencaps for comparison
