Phantom Edition PSN Redemption Code Not Working

Hello there,

I have an issue with the redemption code that comes with the PS5 disc version of Phantom Edition.

When we key in the code, it will state "Code cannot be redeemed: Code is incorrect or is no longer valid".  have contacted PS Support and they state that the issue is that the code is inactive and they are unable to do anything.

I believe many of us in the Southeast Asia region (R3) that bought the disc version face this issue:

    same i’m from france and i got the game yesterday and the code is still not working it says the code has been used

    Hello.. I am facing the same issues. I bought the physical Phantom Edition (R3) come with the code recently. I key in the code, but it appear "The prepaid card could not b e redeemed. Please try again later". 

    Dear EA, Please fix this problem ASAP!!

    i found a solution look at the code and see if there is a big space from a letter to another and if there is try to put every letter till it works for it’s an print error for me it worked

    I take that back my code literally just started working. I’m region 3 too
