Picatinny rail mount not removed when using iron sights

On the M39 EMR "Cracked Lens" & "Unstoppable Force" packages, the picatinny rail scope mount is not removed from the weapon if the "Basic Sight" (iron sight) attachment is selected. 

This blocks a large portion of the player's vision when they ADS with the gun. On the other packages, this mount is removed.
