player not found on EA stats tracker using EA ID

started playing bf 6 in January. on the EA stats tracker website, my EA ID is used, but i get a message that "player is not  found".  Been trying to get help with this since the nightfall update (march 17th) but keep getting told to wait more..and not to worry by the "chat support". the only reason i found this was because i played a lot of casual breakthrough with friends, a large majority of my points/stats were taken away march 17th. so i went to the ea stats site to figure out what happened and "player not found". 

now that Ive spent an embarrassing amount of time trying to fix this. in doing so, i have seen that this stats delete is an old problem. But why wont the EA site recognize my EA ID? it works to get on in here...why just my stats?

side note...Did i really get punished for trying to play fun, valid game mode? . i don't even use "the portal" because its full of bot farms. I didn't know we weren't supposed to play a valid game mode.
