Player stuck in downed state after bleed-out – unable to respawn or be revived

Description:
When the player is downed and the bleed-out timer expires, the character remains stuck in the downed state. Normally, after the timer ends, the player should automatically go to the respawn screen. However, in this case, the player stays lying on the ground indefinitely and cannot be revived by teammates or manually respawn.
Steps to Reproduce:
Get downed by enemy fire.
Wait until the bleed-out timer expires.
Observe that the character remains in the downed state.
Try to respawn or get revived — both options are unavailable.
Expected Result:
After the bleed-out timer expires, the player should automatically return to the respawn screen and be able to rejoin the match.
Actual Result:
The player remains stuck in the downed state forever and cannot respawn or be revived. The only way to continue is to quit to the main menu and rejoin the game.
