Poorly written, broken, impossible Challenges, can't figure out what to do!

As title says, some Challenges are written so badly that by reading it you have no idea what to actually do!

For example in Weapon Expert where you have to kill 15 while changing weapons, you actually need to kill players from 75+ meters! You don't even need to change weapons while doing so.

Another example in Weapon Expert if I remember correctly, you have to kill long, medium and short range kills in a single match. What you actually have to do is to get Gunslinger badges, kill with primary weapon and then with secondary weapon, in a short time span. You do not need to complete the 10 in a singe match.

Support incendiary launcher damage-challenge only counts the direct impact damage from the projectile, not the incendiary or splash damage..

Then you have the impossible challenges, like 30 revives in a Squad Deathmatch game?
Or the 6000 repair in game?

Please Dice team, go trough the WHOLE challenge-system and rethink how you do them!
It is really frustrating to figure out these by ourselves, when the information you give is just totally wrong.

PPS. Your recent announcement to nerf class challenges, 90% requirement reduction? Cmon, how about try something a bit more moderate change before going FULL SEND with the changes...
