Portal: cannot populate the game with bots on smaller servers

Please fix, especially now that "Metro-64" is the new norm in stock maps, and we need a less chaotic alternative.

Yeah, Ive created so many that I can connect to, but im stuck waiting at 24/32 players. A few people join for a minute but leave bc whos gonna sit here for 2 hours waiting? This is not a good system. I know these guys can afford more servers with all the $70 copies they just sold. But on the other hand, the games not even a week old but come on, were all sitting here with our thumbs up our **bleep** waiting to play our servers. 

Same issue. I'd like to do the Solo play I had in 2042, and the one server per person I read would be in BF6, which we'd be able to host. I play public games, but sometimes, after work, I just need something a little more casual. 

So many of us having this issue, what is EA/DICE doing ???

Mind you this happens on official servers as well.

It says populating with bots but the server gets stuck as the number of bots do not fill the server (Domination/King of the Hill and TDM)
