Portal Conquest 20 player lobby requirement is unachievable

Holy smokes YES! Have been trying to get our USAF HC CQ Server going and trying to pool 20 ppl is way to high! 12 players to start a match is the max this should be or have a SWTICH for 8 or 12 when player counts are decreased (20v32 like normal) but this should count for non bot backfilled only becuase its real players for your game Battlefield, EA, Dice. 

Also on one other note, can you please Add a Vehicle Cross-Hair Switch (On-Off) like it was added in 2042 portal builder! The Hardcore Community thanks you for this.❤️
