Portal Conquest 20 players required in lobby is still to high

Portal Conquest 20 player in lobby threshold for the round to start is still to high. Communities do not want to play with bots but it takes a number of round to populate a portal/ community server....

I agree it's impossible to start servers like this. Please reduce round start threshold player count so we can play with our clan. This whole threshold to start a server destroys clans in the community so please fix this thank you.
