Portal Conquest 20 players required in lobby is still to high

Portal Conquest 20 player in lobby threshold for the round to start is still to high. Communities do not want to play with bots but it takes a number of round to populate a portal/ community server....

This is the way forward to populate the servers with players who want to play and have fun, please lower the threshold so servers can be filled easier and quicker.
Will be better for clans to fill servers for their players and friends.
