Portal telling me to purchase instead of join server on PS5

I am having the same experience on PS5. Trying to play with groups of friends together in a server. Very annoying. Phantom edition owner too. 😕 

Just got the same error I just wanted to play on a perpetual hardcore server because and it tells me to purchase something instead of join.

make sure to have show player created content turned on! I uninstalled and did everything and the answer was as easy as that

Same error , that is helpful. The error should more clearly and help player auto enable after we click purchase 

Same it tells me to purchase instead of join and if I try to create one the website bugs out and tells you to select a game mode then there's nothing to select

Im having the same problem. Im tired of playing against bots, so I tried to join a portal server. But for some reason its telling me to purchase instead of letting me join. I have the phantom edition, so I dont understand what's going on. This is so frustrating. A fix is needed. I've had a bad experience playing calling of duty, thought battlefield would be the better choice, but if it goes on like this, I might as well go back to call of duty. At least there I'll play against real people and not AI.
