Profile not updating

My profile stats were showing accurately as I first started leveling up my character. As I reached character level 10 my profile stats all reset to zero. Also, my highest match score is showing 6,890 even I played today and had a score of 9,000. My class assignments as a medic are loggings my stats and unlocking levels but its not displaying on my profile dashboard
