Progression completed; rewards remain locked

When you reduced the progression requirements, several of mine auto completed. However it seems that on the first match I also completed the next one in the series. That has left the "first" progression completed but locked. It's not limited to weapons, but also a training path for me (recon). No, waiting or repairing the install did not fix it
